PSYCLE II is our capsule formula designed to work on the negative signs and symptoms from irregular, difficult, heavy and/or painful menstrual cycles. PSYCLE II is our natural PMS remedy designed to give quick and effective menstrual cramp relief.

Although there is some obvious changes felt monthly during your cycle they are not supposed to be painful, achey, overly emotional, heavy in bleeding, too long or too short. PSYCLE II strongly works to give relief to any PMS (premenstrual symptoms) problems you are experiencing and can help with symptoms of PMDD as well.

Our formula uses an effective combination of Western and Chinese herbs for the relief of cramping, PMS, emotional responses, abdominal pain, and more. Key Herbs

Shu Di Huang / Rehmannia: Rehmannia is widely used as a blood, bone, kidney and liver tonic. Used for thousands of years for gynecology like hormone balance, regular cycles and energy

Dang Gui / Dong Quai / Angelica Sinensis: Dang Gui is often called the Ultimate Tonic. Dang Gui in our case with PSYCLE II has a property called 'releiving spasms and stopping pain'. This is attributed to nourishing and spasm relief biomedically.

Partridgeberry / Squavine: Partridgeberry is a Western powerhouse of an herb for women's health. Partridgeberry is called a tonic for the uterus. Partridgeberry treats menstrual cramps, excess vaginal discharge, and vaginal infections.

Cramp Bark: Although we have other excellent herbs in this formula that have many good functions for women's health, we like Cramp Bark because it is a specialized herb. Cramp bark is thought to relax muscles and the uterus to relieve cramp pains.

Contents:
100 Capsule Bottles. 650 mg Capsules. The raw herb and extracts used in this formula equates to 1250mg of raw herb per capsule.

Dosage and Ingredients:
