Teas
There are 2 ways to make a tea:

Decoction-

Add 1 oz to 1 pint of water and bring to a boil. Turn heat down and simmer about 30 minutes until your left with half the water. Strain out the herbs and drink the herbal decoction.

Infusion-
Boil a pint of water and pour over herbs and let it steep for 15 minutes. Strain out the herbs and drink.

Take warm and use as directed when you received your tea.
