Back Pain Remedies

Back pain is by far one of the most common clinic complaints. Our back structure is put under tremendous stress everyday but bad posture, misuse, and trauma can lead to back pain. Back pain can result from strain, disk degeneration, disk herniation, weak back muscles, muscle pain and so much more. Herbal remedies for back pain are most effective when the right herbs are used. Acute muscle aches should be treated with warm analgesic applications such as soaks, baths and liniment. Disk and joint pain should also be treated with warm soaks and liniment, but the herbal remedies should contain herbs specific for those areas of the body. Additionally inflammation should be treated with herbal remedies for back pain that will reduce the inflammation, etc.
