Bolus' are a direct way to treat hemorrhoids (piles), making them the most effective hemorrhoid treatment. Hemorrhoids can happen to anyone and can come on anytime. For some they last a short time and go away, but for others they can remain for weeks and continue to cause intense pain. Our hemorrhoid remedy treatment has a proven track record of reducing the time of hemorrhoids in half, but also nearly eliminating the pain.

Over the counter topical creams are mostly jelly that just covers hemorrhoids to try to make them bearable enough to get them to go away by themselves, rather than a real hemorrhoid remedy. These products also offer little for internal hemorrhoids and further do nothing for bleeding.

Witch Hazel: Witch Hazel has been widely used for hemorrhoids for many years. Witch Hazel is known to astringe and therefore pull in the hemorrhoids. It is also soothing and therefore allows the area to keep from irritation.

Goldenseal: Goldenseal is very anti-inflammatory and therefore removes irritation and pain that cause and come from hemorrhoids. Goldenseal has excellent effects when applied directly, over 60% more effective than used in pill form.

Xian He Cao / Agrimony: Agrimony is also an astringent, but is very good as stopping bleeding. Agrimony will provide soothing and astringent properties and will stop bleeding in those cases where there is bleeding.
