Reorder Custom Formula

Here you can reorder a custom formula we have previously made. We keep all formulas in a customer file so reordering for you is as easy as adding this to your cart and checking out. We file these by last name and original order #, so leaving us this information is helpful. We will get your last name from the order, simply put your original order # in the box below and it will be submitted to us with the order.

You have the choice to reorder in standard granule capsules, granule powder extract, raw herbs, or pre-decocted raw herbs. If you are switching between formula type you should look at the consultation product where we list information about the different formulas types including duration and concentration.
