DMI R-2nd Stage Hand Training

This is the 2nd stage formula for training for stronger hands in MMA, Iron Palm, Iron Foot, Boxing, Mui Thai, etc. After 60-120 days of DMI ‘E’ you can start using this formula, but ONLY for 90 days. It is far too potent for prolonged use. DMI ‘R’ should be applied before and after training, but only on bare hand training or no more than 4oz gloves. There will be slight irritation or tingling but should reduce over the 90 days maximum use period. Apply every day including off days.

This is a 3 stage formula. DMI 'R' should be used for a maximum of 90 days. Once your hands have become stronger and more dense from previous training this liniment is applied to move the process further. DMI 'R' subjects your hands to a very hot and irritating substance. This will make your hands feel heavy and tingle and will make your body seem like the hands are being stressed beyond your training and hence will continue to send fresh blood to the hands to make them stronger. Hand training is similar to muscle training and the next steps continue to 'shock' the system to achieve better results.
