3rd stage in MMA, Boxing, Iron Palm, Iron Foot, Mui Thai, or any other hand training concludes the 3 stage system. After DMI 'R' completion you have had at least 180 days of hot stimulating liniment, and you are now concluding the training with cool dense herbs. The liniment can be used on bare hands to gloves and should be applied for the duration of your training days.

This is a 3 stage formula. DMI 'SAN' should be used for the rest of your hand training days. Once your hands have become stronger and more dense from previous training this liniment is applied to move the process further. DMI 'SAN' subjects your hands to a very cold and irritating substance. This will make your hands feel heavy and tingle and will make your body seem like the hands are being stressed beyond your training and hence will continue to send fresh blood to the hands to make them stronger. This time the cold substance makes things in the hands slow down. With lots of blood and nutrients being sent to the area but then slowing in the area tops the density training. Hand training is similar to muscle training and the next steps continue to 'shock' the system to achieve better results.
