Shipping Information

Dimmak Herbs currently uses United State Postal Service (USPS) for all 50 states and Canada. They provide free materials, good rates, and quick shipping. Because of this we are able to pass the savings on to you, the customer. We are not here to make a profit on shipping!

Our shipping rates are based on number of items you purchase, not weight. This gives us the flexibility to keep rates down and uses flat rate boxes or regular shipping when appropriate. Our shipping starts at $2.95 and this is for parcel rate in an envelope. As weight increases it ends up costing the same money to send things priority mail, we will always ship the fastest way based on the amount. We also like that USPS delivers and works on Saturdays. Packages arrive faster because they ship and deliver an extra day!

We welcome International Orders! Due to certain laws, guidelines, certain perishable products, and complex shipping alternatives international orders must be emailed to us! International Shipping is to any continent that is not North America. Canada may use the online checkout.

Please also note: Due to the nature of all natural products expect to find slight deformities, natural smells, natural looks, and sediments in products. It is all natural and since everything is made by hand here, it is supposed to look as we ship it. Since they are being shipped around some product, namely balms/salves may leak a bit and be gooey. This is okay and natural, you may email us with any questions or tips when you get the product.
