Milk Thistle: Milk Thistle is an obvious choice and needs no introduction. Milk Thistle has been used for thousands of years and research has shown no side effects even at very high doses. The active ingredient in Milk Thistle is incredibly powerful at normalizing liver enzymes, helping liver repair and protecting the liver but doesn't have great bioavailability- meaning the absorption is low. This is why we have a full herbal formula to work on the liver and not just one herb. Also this is why we use a 50:1 extract and our dosage in the tea is already compensated for how much absorption is lost. We give you the optimal amount with every dose you take!

Yin Chen Hao / Sweet Wormwood: Wormwood is a perfect all around liver detox and protector. Yin Chen Hao not only lowers liver enzymes and increases liver repair & growth, but also stimulates gallbladder excretion to detox the liver. Wormwood also lowers cholesterol and blood pressure as a nice side effect.

Dang Gui / Dong Quai / Angelica Sinensis: Herbally, Dong Quai has positive effects on blood quality, blood quantity, and blood circulation. Dang Gui also has specific effects on the liver with anti-inflammatory effects, generation of hepatocytes and lasting liver protection.
