Teas are the most common traditional way to take herbs. Your body will take to warm tea and instantly allow it to enter your blood stream. The warm tea is a comforting daily drink to some people, but ‘herbal decoctions’ as a medicine are more potent than regular tea and not always so tasty. (although honey can be added to taste)
